Deputy Secretary-General Anders Rasmussen  

• Legislative coordination, thus providing support to the Secretary-General and to the President. In this capacity, he is in charge of the Directorate for Committee Coordination and Legislative Activities (CCLA);
• Assisting and supporting the Secretary-General with central tasks, replacing him when absent, and managing specific tasks upon request.

The Deputy Secretary-General is also the Director-General of DG Parliamentary Research Service (EPRS).
